Monday, was the typical, go to class all morning then work all afternoon! After, Gaby and I hung out, my mom gave us money to get dinner and then we had a few bucks left over so we went to rite aid for ice cream! =)

So Saturday when Diana, Gaby and I were at the Lemon Festival in Downtown Upland we saw Marshmallow shooters for sale! Diana and I of course wanted them. We went back to the festival today(Sunday) to get them. We also bought them for my friend Jamey and Nate! ahaha... I also was sent back to buy one for my brother, sister, her friend, my niece and my nephew. MARSHMALLOW wars!!!

I found out Anberlin was playing Cal State Fullerton and then found it was SOLD OUT! So I worked my connections and got guest listed on Anberlin's list (THANKS NATE!!!-Anberlin) with a plus one. Cathrine and Diana came along and we lied and said that i had a plus two so they changed it and we got Cathrine in! We werent allowed to take in cameras so my photo is from my phone. It was a pretty fun show. Anberlin did a great job and played an old song from their first album!(they havent dont that in a while!).

Thursday, oh boy was I tired from school and work. Today at work the kids got colored goldfish for snack. They are the best, it was also funny to see some of them play with them. haha. oh kids.

Tuesday, I skipped class and did mondays homework in the morning. All I did was go to work. This kid named Siah, his mom came to pick him up and she brought their dog. It was PINK!!! Seriously, who does that? So I asked to take a picture and she let me!

Monday night was such a good night. I met up with Diana and Amanda at Chain Reaction and from there we drove out to Los Angeles to see Sleep For Sleepers at the Knitting Factory. We found out that they didnt play until later and we were all staving so we went for dinner at California Pizza Kitchen.

By the time we finished dinner we made it just as the guys were setting up to play. They played such an awesome set. I remember when I first saw them I was blown away and even now I was. Their music is just that good and live you can tell they put their heart and souls into it. The picture is of Jamey(the singer).

Diana came out to my house on Sunday. We hit up the Arcadia Mall then we went to Rosemead to eat at Bahooka(our picture is in front of the restaurant). Brent works there because its his families business. It was kind of pricey but we split something and it was pretty good! After we went to an ice cream place with her friends, which was pretty good too. Another good night for sure.

Saturday, Gaby and I drove out to Diana's and we all went to UC-Irvine to see my friends Brave Citizens play. Anthony Green of Circa Survive was also playing. We met up with amanda there. Brave Citizens had such a good set. They were so solid. I was so glad to finally see them play again. I think the last time I saw them was October because I couldnt make their tour kickoff back in January.
I only saw half of Anthony Green's set but he was pretty awesome as usual. The other half of the set Diana and I spent it talking to Adam. I missed him. haha. He is a pretty rad person. I cant wait for his band and Eye Alaska to tour together at the end of May. It will be GREAT!

Thursday was a long day. I had my math final and the last half hour of the final the fire alarm went off, totally threw me off my game haha. After the final I went to work. The picture I took is of Alecia. She is in kindergarten(sp). She made this cool toy we played with all afternoon. She is a pretty awesome kid. I am so blessed to be able to work at this school and with all these wonderful kids(even if i dont like it from time to time).

Monday, I had the day off work again. Gaby and I went down to UC-Irvine to roam the campus because its one of the colleges she got into for the fall. She has not decided where she wants to go yet. After, we met up with Diana at the Irvine Spectrum and then we all went to Laguna Beach. It was such pretty day out. Diana took the photo of Gaby and I. Its def. my favorite picture from the day. We also went to Bj's for dinner. that place is so yummy!

Sunday was Easter. Yeah I didnt go to church, I was tired haha. I didnt do much besides homework all day. My mom gave me some money and this cute stuffed animal rabbit! I took a picture of it. Its pretty much amazing haha. I love it =) haha.

Friday,Christa, Gaby and I went to the Angels/Red Sox game! It was sad in the beginning because of Nick Adenhart's death(which btw I saw them tow off the car and at the time i didnt even know that it was that accident!). The stadium showed a video of him on the screens(pictured above) and then all the players stood out on the field, two of them on the pitchers mound with his jersey, and stood in silence in remeberance to him and the other lives that were lost early thursday morning.
Besides that, the game was so much fun. I am so glad christa, gaby and I got to go. I really love going to baseball games and being able to go with some of my closest friends was awesome. Oh and we won the red sox =)

Thursday was a fun day. I went to my class for the first half then left and met up with Amanda. We went to Cal State Fullerton to see Anarbor play. We finally found the place they were playing at and were so intrigued because outside of the pub/food place there was a bowling alley, pool tables and video games! The show was somewhat awkward, you couldnt stand so we sat at the tables that were right in front of the stage. The guys had to play an hour set so they did little instrumentals in some songs. They did play a new song though so that was pretty cool! It was so nice seeing them all again. I cant wait for them to come back out in may! =)

Wednesday Morning I was about half way to my 8am class(I park on the other side of campus because my last class is closer to that side) and I could hear a fire alarm going off. Well as I got closer to the building my class is in I realized that it was that building and all the students were coming out. I just stood there, watching everyone and talking to a few of my classmates to see if they knew what had happened. A few minutes later they let everyone back in, it was funny to see how many students there was in the building. The picture is of students going up to the second and third floors of the building back to their classrooms.

Tuesday was another one of those boring days and hating my life because I was still exhausted from bamboozle weekend and had yet to rest from it because of school, homework and work. There was a lot of traffic going to school in the morning, it sucked. That is what the picture is of.

Monday was "recover" day from Bamboozle weekend and the Confide show in Palmdale. I didnt do anything besides ditch my first class, made it to my second class barely and went to work. It wasnt really a recovery day at all because of all that. I took a picture of the new merch I got from the weekend. I got a new Blessthefall Hoodie, a Confide tank and a new Eye Alaska shirt! =)

Sunday Day Two of Bamboozle! I was only excited to see Eye Alaska and see my friend Adam. The Eye Alaska set was so great(picture is of Cameron). They haven't played a show since December because they were recording their first full length(due out July 7th!). They played a new song and covered Kanye West's song Flashing Lights, which sounded awesome! The guys did a great job and from what i saw in a picture harry(drummer) took the crowd was way bigger than last year. This band is so underrated.

Later on in the day I got to see Adam! It had been so long. He seriously is a favorite person of mine. haha. Also, Amanda,Mellyza,Diana and myself drove out to palmdale to see confide. Their set was pretty good considering the mic kept going in and out. Overall it was a good day and evening.

I couldn't just pick one picture for saturday. The top picture is of Greg from Anarbor. They played a small stage at bamboozle in the evening. Their set was so fun, i hadnt seen them since January, so it was really good seeing them play again! The picture below is of George from Valencia. They played earlier in the day on saturday. I thought their set was so great. It was pretty rad when George went into the crowd at the end of the last song. The crowd loved them! Bamboozle Day One was so fun, I got to see friends, hang out with people I dont get to see too often and got to check out a lot of bands I love.

Amanda and I ended up getting tickets for Hoodwink at the House Of Blues- Anaheim. We got there just in time to see The Cab perform songs by Queen. They did pretty great. After their set we just hung around outside and talk to friends we saw there, we didnt really watch the forever the sickest kids set. We did go in for We the Kings set of Jimmy Eat World songs. They made me miss Jimmy so much. They covered their songs pretty well, not amazing but well. Overall it was a good night, we even went to harbor house for food after =)
(House of Blues doesnt let you take cameras in so i just took a picture of the place, with my phone camera, after people were leaving after the show ended)

Wednesday, I was pretty tired because I couldnt sleep, so I decided to not go to class. I ended up taking my brother Billy to the Angels Stadium because he wanted to go on the tours they give of the stadium. It was pretty cool but I was quite annoyed with attitude, oh well. This picture is taken from where the press sit in the stadium.
(BTW- i cant wait for baseball to start)

Tuesday was Princess' 21st Birthday and she decided to spend it at chain that night because her boyfriend Kyle had a show and it was their tour kick-off.(BTW kyle is from Down For The Count). Mellyza made her a cupcake cake and mini cupcakes. Princess Loved it! All of us sang Happy Birthday to her! It was a fun night at chain. This picture is of myself, Princess and Mellyza! Love them <3
