Today, I had class all morning long then I picked up Joel from school. He is such a good kid. He is reading in the car on the way home, he is required to read 45 mins so he had me time how long the car ride was! haha263/365
My camera was being lame. This is a picture of my ticket to hear Donald Miller speak at a church in Irvine. It was seriously so rad. I was invited by my friend Billy to go because we both love Donald Miller books. I am so glad I was able to attend. Donald Miller always has me thinking about christianity and the way we live our lives. I cant wait to read his latest book A Million Miles in a Thousand Years.
Friday night, I ended up going to chain reaction to see the ataris, thanks to andy. He seriously is so nice for letting me into the shows for free there.
Tuesday night, Diana and I, went to fullerton to check out the screening of Seoul Train. This doc. was intense, its so crazy to see what is happening in North Korea and that it has been happening for years now.
ahahahahaha awkward picture. this was taken at the blink 182 concert. it was pretty fun. All American Rejects opened and they were just funny to watch, they seriously are so weird on stage especially tyson the singer. Fall Out Boy was next and they sucked. I cant stand them and think they are really annoying, it was the longest set ever!!! After it was time for blink. They did a pretty good job but you can clearly tell that they still hate each other. I have never been the biggest fan for them but it was rad to see them live plus Travis' drum solo was so badass.
Thursday was a pretty rad day too. Diana and I had lunch with Nick and David (The Workday Release) and a few of their friends.
Wednesday was a great day. Diana and I went down to newport to my friends The Workday Release play a small show. It was pretty cool. The picture is of nick, amanda took it.
Saturday was pretty awesome, minus the fact that one friend bailed(oh well hanging with him soon). Caleb, Diana and I went out to salvation mtn. to check it out.
Friday, Diana and I went down to seal beach to have lunch with Katie! It was pretty fun. While at fearless records after I snagged my friend Makayla a new Eye Alaska shirt and their old EP since she doesnt have it hardcopy. Afterwards, I went with Dawn (pictured) to dinner at California Pizza Kitchen(YUMMM) then we went to yogurtland. =)
Sunday, I drove out to Irvine to have lunch with an old friend. It was really nice seeing him. Afterwards, I went with diana to Dana Point to say hi to our friend Kara who was working. We sat outside for a while and just talked. The weather was beautiful. Diana took this picture of me. It's pretty cool.
Saturday failed. A few of us were supposed to all hangout all day but it didnt end up happening. Instead Diana and I took my brother to anaheim and then went to Pei Wei in huntington beach. We ran into our friend Beau! I am not sure why we were so shocked to see him considering he loves that place but we were.
Friday was such an awesome day. I drove up and picked Gaby up and then we headed to fresno to see Sleep For Sleepers, Hazel and Vine and Abandon Kansas! Everyone did such an awesome job. I ran into Bryan of bidwell at the show, I havent seen him in a while so it was nice catching up with him! Also, Jamey was so nice and got us guestlisted =). My picture is of Jamey(Sleep For Sleepers) and Brad(Abandon Kansas), jamey wanted to take it. haha
